The Taste of Ft. Collins - 2008
What an amazing experience I had last June photographing The Taste of Ft. Collins. I had two days of shooting people, vendors and the musical guests. I was so fortunate to have the support of my husband Geoff, our three girls, Morganne, Brennah & Kelly. As well as my brother-in-law Dave and my Mom, Marian and her friend Bob. The highlight of the weekend was having backstage access to photograph the live bands. Saturday night the band Lifehouse was the big performance and what an amazing concert they put on. I didn't know whether to cry out amazement as to what I was doing or to pinch myself because I couldn't believe the amazing photos I was getting. On Sunday the main event was singer Shawn Colvin. There was a completely different crowd there and it was just her and her guitar. She reminded me of a James Taylor concert.
